个人简介

杨正友,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。1995年毕业于山东农业大学,获学士学位,并留校任教至今。2001年至2006年到韩国留学,在韩国国立庆尚大学研究生院应用生命科学部,先后获得硕士学位与博士学位,主要从事食品微生物的研究,包括食品卫生与安全、益生菌定向筛选与功能研究等。近年来先后主持承担了国家自然科学基金、国家转基因重大专项、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、山东省自然科学基金、国家863计划等多项课题。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Scientific Reports》、《Food Control》、Journal of Food Protection》、《Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology等刊物上发表论文30多篇。

研究方向

1. 食品卫生与安全:研究和建立快速免疫检测技术和分子生物学检测技术,实现食品微生物安全控制;研究真菌毒素的快速检测方法,建立快速真菌毒素的检测体系。

2. 益生菌定向筛选与功能开发研究:研究和建立新型益生菌定向筛选模型,实现调血脂/血糖、降血压、抗氧化、抗过敏和免疫调节等生理功能益生菌的高效筛选;研究益生菌的吸附和定植技术、功能基因锚定技术、益生性状整合技术、高密度培养、制备和活性保护技术。

3. 环境中(农田、污水)持久性有机污染物降解工程菌定向筛选与基因工程菌构建研究:以农田持久性有机污染物为对象定向筛选工程细菌,克隆降解关键酶基因,并利用同源重组、染色体无标记整合、启动子调控等方法,研究不含外源标记、生态安全的工程菌。
